It is now an institutional thought, it’s so ingrained within me that I was almost convinced of it. The belief that I never have enough committed help to get the job done. Part of its logic is there is enough evidence to support the basic theory. Whenever it’s time to attempt a major project it seems the people you expect to lend a hand, kind of disappears.

Everybody has a limit on what they are willing to contribute. Not everyone is willing to make ‘getting the job done’ and ‘the mission’s accomplished’ the standard they adopt or the level they are willing to go to.
