RADCORP has a slow internal development policy because doing the job right the first time means having the proper infrastructure to accomplish goals and realize objectives. This presents a great challenge because NGO’s and mission organizations are expected to provide service at the lowest cost possible.

To consolidate these two extremes RADCORP’s infrastructure is based on self sustenance. We believe it is possible to provide quality service to others while at the same time exploring systems that ensure we have the capacity to survive and thrive.
