Any organization with the noble desire, vision and mission of RADCORP must have
the internal infrastructure to accomplish its objectives and work. We are committed
to the highest level of organizational skill, and governance in advancing our
work. We believe the primary element of success is in attracting the best people
and providing them with the most advanced tools to get the job done.
RADCORP has a slow internal development policy
because doing the job right the first time means having the proper
infrastructure
to accomplish goals and realize objectives. This presents a great
challenge because NGO’s and mission organizations are expected
to provide service at the lowest cost possible.
To consolidate
these two extremes RADCORP’s infrastructure is based on self
sustenance. We believe it is possible to provide quality service
to others while at the same time exploring systems that ensure
we have the capacity to survive and thrive. The RADCORP model balances
capacity building and accountability with service. We are committed
to:
- Good Organizational Governance
- Effective Management Systems
- Accountability
- Efficient Service
- Result Oriented Programs
Building institutions that are long lasting, sustainable and effective
is as important to RADCORP as the services we provide. |
