Chairman: Jack Gaines
Jack Gaines is the visionary of the reconciliation and development movement on this side of the Atlantic. He was appointed by the President of Benin to serve as the Benin Government’s agent for reconciliation and development. This position and the personal drive and determination of Mr. Gaines, along with his ability in the area of team building is the driving force behind the RADCORP formation and vision.


President/CEO: Ewart E. Forde
Ewart was born on the Island of Trinidad where he received his primary and secondary education. He is as graduate of the West Indies School of Theology Extension and is currently pursuing Graduate studies with Trinity Theological Seminary. He currently serves as the President of Missionary Action Team, a ministry involved in mobilizing Blacks in missions. He has served as Founder and Chairman of Refuge Ministries since 1989. He is the former Caribbean Director of Development and Research for Open Doors with Brother Andrew INT and in various capacities in Hospital Christian Fellowship, Christian Literature Crusade and Operations Director of Outreach Ministries International.


Treasurer: Norman Reid
Norman Reid is a retired supervisor with Norfolk Southern Corporation. From his responsibilities with Norfolk Southern he gained the experience of working with people from across the globe including the Orient, East and Western Europe, South and Central America, Canada and Australia. Norman brings his vast business experience to the RADCORP Board and his role as Treasurer. Mr. Reid is a Biology Graduate of Norfolk State College and a student in Theology at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He now pastor’s Antioch Church of Christ Holy Disciples Church in Chesapeake, Virginia.
